According to the Airline's rule, the return flight will be automatically canceled if the passenger does not show up on the first flight.

Please be advised that the transaction may be not successful due to some of reasons:

    In correct card information (Card number, Card holder name, Date of expiration...).

    Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly) or Insufficient Funds. You should check your bank account balance.

    Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.

    Your bank has not been approved for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.

  In this case, you should solve the problem then you can make payment again to secure your reservation.

 Please be advised that you can book a maximum of 9 tickets for one transaction.

Yes, you can contact us via booking@laoairways.org to book the special meal, you can also note in the box a special request while booking a ticket.

You could enter your only name as "Lastname" and put "Title name" as First name.

For Domestic flights operated by Lao Airlines, you can check in 2 pieces as long as the total weight is not over baggage allowed according to your ticket.

Please be advised that it depends on your ticket class, you should email us to booking@laoairways.org for further checking.

You can book a ticket with current passport and update the new once it’s available as long as before the departure date and make sure that you make your booking the same name/spelling as it will be on your passport.
